Empowerment 32nd class: strength and breathing

Master Rickson Gracie uses a TRX tool to take away stability. He suggests a few exercises that will require you to use power and strength for a long duration, sometimes necessary in a fight or Jiu-Jitsu match. Then the undefeated coral belt teaches you to use your breathing to maximize your capacity when such occasions arise. In case you don't have a TRX, you can improvise with ropes and some adapted grips (belts, for example.)
