Master Rickson Gracie uses a setup of a throw known in wrestling as suplex as an example to work a few elements, such as:
- Hips connection
- Leg's power to lift
- Breathing to dose your strength
Please notice that we are not finishing this throw anyhow here, therefore avoiding any possibility of hurting your training partner if he's not prepared to fall.
The most important aspect of this practice is to train you to breathe to keep your strength for an extended period. The technique will be helpful in many other situations in Jiu-Jitsu.
